January 10, 2019 - Canada immigration authorities have conducted the first Express Entry draw of 2019, issuing 3,900 Invitations to Apply. The draw, dated January 9 with details published January 10, saw the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score rise to 449, 10 points higher than the previous draw.

January 10, 2019 – Canada immigration authorities have conducted the first Express Entry draw of 2019, issuing 3,900  Invitations to Apply.

The draw, dated January 10, saw the minimum  Comprehensive Ranking Systemscore rise to 449, 10 points higher than the previous draw.

With three weeks since the previous draw, which took place on December 19, a rise in the minimum CRS score was expected.

By issuing 3,900 ITAs, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) continued the trend seen in the last seven draws of 2018.
