September 19, 2018 – Canada immigration authorities have conducted a new Express Entry draw, issuing Invitations to Apply to 3,500 candidates.

The September 19 draw saw a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 441, just one point above the 2018 low of 440.

This was the 19th round of invitations under Express Entry in 2018 and  99th overall.

By issuing 3,500 ITAs, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada has bucked the 2018 trend of increasing draw sizes.

This was still a large draw, although lower than last week's 2018 high of 3,900 and the six draws before than, which saw 3,750 candidates receive invitations to apply.

Meanwhile, the minimum CRS score has stayed within a range of two points in 10 of the last 11 Express Entry draws.
