FTC adjusted, from $94 million to $92 million, the dollar jurisdictional thresholds under Section 7A of the Clayton Act ("Premerger Notification and Waiting Period"). The decrease resulted from a lower U.S. GNP in 2020. The revised thresholds will become effective on March 4, 2021.
