FTC finalized annual revisions to the dollar jurisdictional thresholds in Section 7A of the Clayton Act and the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (or the "HSR Act"). The revised thresholds will become effective on February 27, 2020.
