The CFTC added the names of 71 foreign entities to the Registration Deficient ("RED") List. Launched in September 2015, the RED List consists of foreign entities that the CFTC has reason to believe are soliciting and accepting funds from U.S. retail investors trading in foreign currency or binary options without being registered.
