The 45-member delegation included Valerii Kartere, Judge of the Supreme Court, as well as judges from courts in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Ternopil, Zaporizhzhia and other cities across Ukraine.
As part of the visit, we hosted a series of presentations at our offices, focusing on key legal, regulatory, and practical aspects of Cyprus as an international legal and financial centre. The presentations were delivered by our Partner, Kyriaki Stinga, and our Counsel, Elena Christodoulou.
The sessions explored Cyprus as an international business and investment hub, covering international corporate structures, risk management, Cyprus International Trusts, regulatory compliance, sanctions, and anti-money laundering obligations.
The visit offered a valuable opportunity to exchange views on current international legal and regulatory developments affecting cross-border business and legal practice, as well as the ongoing transformation of Cyprus into a modern, transparent, and compliance-driven jurisdiction aligned with international and European standards.
We sincerely thank the distinguished members of the delegation for their visit, and we remain committed to strengthening international professional cooperation and fostering meaningful dialogue between legal professionals and judicial representatives from different jurisdictions.
