May 2026 – Kinstellar has advised S Immo on the successful sale of the iconic City Centre office building in the heart of Budapest to Realis 4 Fund, managed by Realis WAM.
The property comprises approximately 8,800 sqm of gross leasable area and is set to be transformed into a 177-room hotel, reopening under the Canopy by Hilton brand.
Our mandate covered the structuring and preparation of the transaction, addressing key commercial and legal aspects related to the sale, and supporting the client throughout the asset transfer process, including the negotiation and preparation of the transaction documentation.
