Regional professional services business, Knights, has revealed plans for a new Grade A office in Uxbridge.
In September 2025, the business will move to Belmont House – a premium space that is complete with state-of-the-art facilities and technology.
With capacity for more than 100 people, the move is a significant investment in the region just a few weeks after Knights arrived in Uxbridge - alongside Ascot, Beaconsfield and Reading - through its most recent acquisition.
Knights has grown significantly in recent years and now has 1,250 professionals working collaboratively nationwide across 28 locations.
The new space at Belmont House will offer a focal point for Knights' offices across the south of the country – and an unrivalled regional platform for growth in the Thames Valley and beyond as the business looks ahead to further growth.
It also gives clients even better access to the comprehensive range of services Knights offers as the nation's regional professional services business.
James Christacos, Client Services Director at Knights said:
"Moving to Belmont House is signal of intent for our team in Uxbridge and shows the scale of our ambition locally, regionally and nationally. We're different at Knights, it's deliberate, and Belmont House offers a space that matches the premium services we offer.
"We are growing in the Thames Valley, as we are across the UK, and the new office will be a strong base from which to deliver our comprehensive range of business and private client services – and to attract the best and most ambitious professionals."
The move is the latest in a series of property moves for Knights across the country as part of its investment in a modern, first-class and carefully considered property portfolio from which to deliver premium professional services and support its thriving team.
