Our London team has been boosted by the recruitment of Tim Baildam as senior counsel in our Insolvency & Dispute Resolution practice.
Tim – who has more than eight years' experience as
an offshore lawyer – joins the team led by partners Jan
Golaszewski, Andrew Chissick, Fraser Hern and Jennifer
Maughan.
He advises clients on a range of contentious matters under Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands (BVI) law.

Tim specialises in multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and insolvency matters, including fraud claims, insolvency office-holder litigation, shareholder disputes, and claims for breach of directors' duties.
After training and qualifying with an onshore firm, Tim moved to an offshore firm in 2016.
The news comes after our London team maintained their position as a Tier 1 firm across all ranked practice areas for Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands law in the latest Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 guides.
Our London team provides time zone sensitive Bermuda, BVI and Cayman law support to clients in the EMEA region.
