Buechler is a member of the firm’s Business Group and Mergers and Acquisitions Group, and leads the firm’s Commercial Transactions practice area. Buechler serves as a strategic advisor to clients with complex business and commercial transactions, including complex global customer agreements, capital equipment projects, supply chain issues, supply agreements, distribution agreements, technology transactions, intellectual property transactions, joint ventures and commercial partnerships, both domestic and global. Buechler also serves as outside general counsel to several private companies, providing general business advisory services. She also has experience representing private equity funds in platform, add-on and divestiture transactions, as well as representing both buyers and sellers in strategic investments and merger and acquisition transactions.
