As the U.S. Department of Commerce publicly emphasizes its intent to increase export controls enforcement and impose higher penalties under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the U.S. Department of State has quietly intensified enforcement and penalties under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Join this timely webinar to gain insight into the evolving ITAR enforcement landscape, new strategies for enforcement defense, considerations for voluntary disclosures and best practices to avoid consent agreements.

Partner Christopher Stagg will share his extensive experience and knowledge from both private practice and government. Previously, he served as a senior policy advisor at the State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), where he played a key role in rewriting the ITAR and advised the FBI on ITAR enforcement investigations.

We hope you can join us for this highly informative presentation. Please RSVP below.
