January 30, 2019 - Canada has conducted a second Express Entry draw in a week and third in January, featuring the lowest minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score (438) for an all-program draw since September 2017.

January 30, 2019 – Canada has conducted a second Express Entry draw in a week and third in January, featuring the lowest minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score for an all-program draw since September 2017.

The January 30 draw saw Invitations to Apply issued to 3,350 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 438 points.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has now issued 11,150 ITAs in January, the highest on record for the first month of the year. The previous January record was 9,744 ITAs, set in 2017.
