January 23, 2019 - The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score dropped by six points as Canada immigration authorities conducted the second Express Entry draw of 2019 issuing 3900 invitations to apply for permanent residence.

January 23, 2019 – The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score dropped by six points as Canada immigration authorities conducted the second Express Entry draw of 2019 on January 23.

Invitations to Apply were issued to 3,900 candidates across all programs, with a minimum CRS score of 443.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has now issued a record high of 3,900 ITAs in nine consecutive draws.

IRCC has issued 7,800 ITAs in the first two draws of 2019, compared to 5,500 in the first two draws of 2018, showing how the rate of invitations is significantly above previous years.
