Canada immigration authorities match the largest number of Invitations to Apply and the lowest Comprehensive Ranking System score in 2018 in the latest Express Entry draw.

The rare Monday draw saw 3,900 ITAs issued with a minimum points requirement of 440.

This was the third draw in 2018 in which 3,900 ITAs have been issued, and the fifth to have a minimum CRS score of 440.

The October 15 draw brings the total ITAs issued in 2018 to 70,300, as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada works towards its high-skilled immigration target of 74,900.

This was the 22nd round of invitations under  Express Entry in 2018 and  102nd overall.
