Summary:
October 3, 2018 - Canada immigration authorities have matched the largest Express Entry draw of 2018 by issuing 3,900 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates across all programs.

The October 3 draw saw a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 445, four points higher than the previous all-program draw.

A small increase was expected given the previous draw was program-specific. Each time Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada conducts a program-specific draw, the CRS score increases in the next all-program draw.

This is the second draw of 2018 in which 3,900 candidates have been invited. The draw brings the total ITAs issued in 2018 to 66,400, as IRCC works towards its high-skilled immigration target of 74,900.
