Wage and Hour Violations" in the August 2012 issue of
The PIOGA Press. The authors discussed the recent article
from the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor
("DOL") which notified employers that the DOL would
be cracking down on wage violations and the misclassification of
employees as independent contractors and steps employers could take
to protect themselves.
