had nominated Kathleen Kraninger to serve as Director of the U.S.
Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection. Ms. Kraninger is nominated
to replace former CFPB Director Richard Cordray, who resigned in
November of 2017. Mick Mulvaney currently serves as Acting Director
of the CFPB.
