We have seen press reports that the "BREMEN EXPRESS ", a 2008 built container vessel flying the German flag, has lost containers overboard.

It is carrying a cargo of containers loaded in the US and was bound for Asian ports, although in the nature of the container trade the cargo will be to/from many jurisdictions.

So far as any recovery is concerned, we have identified the vessel's P&I Club, which is headquartered in London.

If you would like assistance in dealing with any claims for damage or loss overboard of cargo, please do contact us.
