As our readers will recall from earlier articles, the terms for the prohibition on termination of employment contracts and mandatory unpaid leave were extended for a period of two months until 17 March 2021.

The Presidential Decree numbered 3592 published in the Official Gazette dated 9 March 2021 extended the terms for termination prohibition and mandatory unpaid leave for two months until 17 May 2021.
