Africa NPC (FASA) is a non-profit organisation
promoting ethical standards and facilitating interactions on
matters of common interest between industry participants.
As a body that supports industry members in commercial,
regulatory and operational matters, FASA's executive vision is
to consistently develop ethical franchising across all sectors in
South Africa with specific focus on transformation.
FASA has recently revised its Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI)
to ensure strict compliance with the Companies Act and the King Codes of Corporate Governance, in
accordance with FASA's objectives and purpose.
Tabacks Director Ian Jacobsberg, a long-standing member of
FASA's executive committee, has been elected as a director of
FASA following a restructuring of FASA and a revision of its
MOI.
