Aleksandr Belugin, Associate at WH Partners, will speak at the Digital Assets Without Borders Conference, taking place in Luxembourg on 28 May 2026.
Organised by The Luxembourg House of Web3, Luxembourg Association of Wealth Managers and the African Luxembourg Community (ALC), the event brings together international industry leaders, innovators, investors and decision-makers featuring discussions on the future of digital finance.
Aleksandr will participate in the panel 'Cross-Border Tax Compliance: Navigating the Global Digital Asset Regulatory Landscape', held within the broader theme of how digital assets enable cross-border finance, compliance, and tokenisation from infrastructure to implementation. The discussion will explore cross-border tax challenges relating to FATCA, CRS and DAC8 for digital assets, multi-jurisdiction compliance and tax-efficient structuring across borders, as well as comparative considerations between Malta, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions. The panel will also address practical crypto tax compliance considerations for wealth managers and upcoming developments in EU digital asset tax regulation.
