A funding round led by A91 Partners, with
participation from Prosus Ventures and
SIG.
Deccan AI is a technology startup focused on post-training data
and model evaluation, enabling enterprises and advanced AI labs to
deploy and monitor reliable AI agents. The funding will support the
company's efforts to scale its enterprise offerings and
strengthen its capabilities in AI evaluation and monitoring
infrastructure.
The transaction involved cross-border structuring complexities,
including advising on the target group's cross-border structure
and addressing capitalization table evolution arising from the
integration of multiple existing SAFE investors alongside incoming
institutional investors.
