Mintz represented Swarmer, Inc (Nasdaq: SWMR), a defense technology company specializing in drone autonomy software, in its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Swarmer priced its initial public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock at $5.00 per share, for expected gross proceeds of approximately $15 million before underwriting discounts, commissions, and expenses. The offering closed with the full exercise of the underwriters' option, bringing total shares sold to 3,450,000 for gross proceeds of $17.25 million. Drones powered by Swarmer's AI have flown over 100,000 combat missions to date.
