Goodwin today announced that Shandy Pinkowski has joined the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice as a partner in the San Francisco office.

Shandy’s practice includes advising both first-time and established fund sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds, including private equity, real estate, venture capital, evergreen and co-investment funds. She also advises fund sponsors on internal economic and governance matters, including employee departures and strategic transactions. Her experience also includes supporting fund sponsors on fund-related aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, co-investment arrangements and alternative investment structures. Shandy has also advised on complex, GP-led secondary transactions.
