Arthur D. Spratlin, Jr. serves as the practice group leader of the firm’s Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation practice group and is the coordinator for the firm’s 24-Hour Accident Investigation Team and the Autonomous Vehicle Technology Group. He has extensive experience in product liability law, transportation law/trucking defense and automotive/recreational vehicle law. Spratlin has published numerous articles and spoken at conferences throughout the U.S. and abroad regarding the future of mobility and the autonomous vehicle industry. He has emerged as a leading voice in Mississippi on the economic impact that autonomous vehicles can have on the state. Spratlin has been recognized by BL Rankings, The Best Lawyers in America® and Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers® across several practice areas. He has also served in a leadership role for many different legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI), The Harmonie Group and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.
Keishunna Webster is a member of the Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation practice group and has more than 14 years of litigation experience. Her experience spans the breadth of defending commercial trucking and transportation companies resulting in the full range of complex personal injury, including catastrophic injury, brain injury, and wrongful death cases, to defending landowners in a wide variety of premises liability cases, running the gamut from simple slip and falls to negligent security cases involving violent crimes, to defending insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation. Her practice includes handling all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, engaging in motion practice, and trying cases. Keishunna has been recognized by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers® as a Mid-South Rising Star and by BL Rankings, The Best Lawyers in America®. Keishunna serves in leadership roles for the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice, the Mississippi Bar Association and is the current president of the Capital Area Bar Association.
