Sheppard Mullin Music Industry Team Leaders Alexis Robinson and Dan Schnapp were named to The Hollywood Reporter's 2024 list of "Top Music Attorneys." The prestigious list highlights the attorneys that are handling the hottest deals in music, according to the publication.
Robinson and Schnapp were noted for negotiating multiyear licenses for the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) with Netflix, Spotify, BBC and Univision to publicly perform the repertory of musical works of the performing rights organization. They also handled numerous membership and financial incentive agreements for new and existing ASCAP members over the past year, including Lauryn Hill, SZA, Kacey Musgraves and Fall Out Boy.
