Ogier's commercial property team in Guernsey have advised Intersurgical (Guernsey) Limited on the sale of Circuit House in under five weeks.
Circuit House is a 40,000 square foot warehouse facility on one of Guernsey's main industrial estates, Pitronnerie Road. The property was sold on a freehold basis for a consideration of £4.65 million.
Counsel Jonathan Anderson said: "We were delighted to advise Intersurgical on what was a significant commercial transaction for the Guernsey market. The unit was in high demand due to the lack of quality industrial space in Guernsey and both parties wished to move quickly. Working with Intersurgical and all interested parties, we were able bring the transaction to a successful conclusion in what was a relatively tight timescale."
The Ogier team was led by Martyn Baudains and supported by counsel Jonathan Anderson and senior conveyancing clerk Daniel Harradine.
James Birch, director of Intersurgical, said: "Ogier provided Intersurgical with a clear and straightforward conveyance process and delivered the completion of the sale within five weeks - which was not only on target but also within budget.
"Thank you to Martyn, Dan and Jonathan for their efficient and personal service, daily updates and guidance throughout the sale process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them on both a personal and professional basis. "
