OFAC extended the expiration date for two Ukraine-related General Licenses. The new expiration date is March 31, 2020.

OFAC extended the expiration date for two Ukraine-related General Licenses. The new expiration date is March 31, 2020.

General License No. 13M, which replaces General License 13L, permits certain transactions necessary to divest or transfer debt, equity or other holdings in GAZ Group, and holdings in entities in which GAZ Group owns an interest.

General License No. 15G, which replaces General License 15F, permits certain activities necessary to maintain or wind down operations or existing contracts with GAZ Group and certain automotive safety and environmental activities.
