February 26, 2020 - Quebec has updated the list of occupations that qualify for its facilitated Labour Market Impact Assessment process through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

2020-02-26 – Quebec has updated the list of occupations that qualify for its facilitated Labour Market Impact Assessment process through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

The new list applies as of February 24, 2020, although the Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration (MIFI) has put in place a one-month transition period.

During the transition, candidates in occupations no longer included in the list can still be accepted under the facilitated process.
