February 20, 2019 – Canada immigration authorities have conducted a new Express Entry draw, issuing Invitations to Apply to 3,350 skilled worker candidates.

The February 20 draw was the first for three weeks, with the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score rising to 457. This represents the first minimum CRS score above 450 since June 2018.

February's first draw brings the total ITAs for 2019 to 14,500.

Canada has a high-skilled immigration intake target of 81,400 for 2019, after breaking the record for annual Express Entry ITAs in 2018 with 89,800.

This was the fourth round of invitations under  Express Entry in 2019 and  111th overall.
