January 16, 2019 – Ontario immigration has delivered a statement of intent for 2019 by issuing Notifications of Interest to nearly 1,500 candidates under its Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream.

The January 14 draw eclipsed all previous draw by more than 500 NOIs, making it the largest Ontario draw on record.

To be included in the draw, candidates needed to have submitted Express Entry profiles between January 14, 2018 and January 14, 2019.
