October 24, 2018 - Ontario immigration has conducted its first Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream draw in three months and the largest of 2018, issuing invitations to apply to 439 candidates.

October 23, 2018 – Ontario immigration has conducted its first Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream draw in three months and the largest of 2018, issuing invitations to apply to 439 candidates.

The October 19 draw eclipsed the previous largest draw, which took place in July and saw 243 candidates invited to apply for Ontario immigration.

Candidates needed to have submitted federal Express Entry profiles between January 1 and October 19 to qualify.

Skilled Trades candidates have now been the subject of 17 Ontario draws so far in 2018, with a total of 1,445 ITAs issued.

The stream has no minimum points requirement.
