April 11, 2017 – Ontario immigration has resumed the selection of applicants for the OINP's primary Canada Express Entry stream.

Notifications of Interest (NOIs) under the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program's Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream will be issued from April 10-14, 2017.

The province has advised candidates to create a new Canada Express Entry profile to give themselves the best chance of being picked.

Applicants must score a minimum of 400 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points to be considered under HCP.

Other requirements include work experience, education, language and plan to live in Ontario.
