March 19, 2021 - Canada has issued 5,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in a new Express Entry draw aimed at Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.

Canada has issued 5,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in a new Express Entry draw aimed at Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.

The March 18 draw featured a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 449. It was the first CEC draw since February 13, when an unprecedented draw saw 27,332 ITAs issued and a minimum CRS score of 75.

The draw comes a day after a PNP draw that saw 183 ITAs issued and a minimum CRS score of 682.

IRCC has now issued 43,840 ITAs through nine draws in 2021, including five PNP draws totalling 2,132 ITAs, and four CEC draws, issuing 41,708 ITAs.
