February 20, 2019 - Manitoba immigration has conducted a third draw of 2019, issuing Letters of Advice to Apply to 444 candidates across three provincial streams.

February 19, 2019 – Manitoba immigration has conducted a third draw of 2019, issuing Letters of Advice to Apply to 444 candidates across three provincial streams.

The February 15 draw saw the province pass 1,500 LAAs for 2019.

It majored on the Human Capital Pathway of the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, with 268 candidates receiving LAAs and a minimum score of 570 points.
