Canada immigration authorities have issued Invitations to Apply to 3,900 candidates for the fifth consecutive Express Entry draw, and the sixth in 2018.
The lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was 445, four points lower than the previous all-program draw.
This is the 25th round of invitations under Express Entry in 2018 and 105th overall.
