The National Anticorruption Secretariat ("SENAC") has created three channels for the public to report corrupt acts:

  1. an online portal: www.denuncias.gov.py;
  2. two direct telephone lines: (021) 450 001/2; and
  3. personally at SENAC's offices.

Reports may be made anonymously. Once a report is received, SENAC will contact the Anticorruption Office of the relevant public entity in order to initiate an internal investigation of the facts. Depending on the seriousness of the alleged conduct, SENAC may also inform the Public Ministry, so that it may initiate a criminal investigation.
