FTC/DOJ issue a Proposed Statement of Antitrust Enforcement Policy Regarding ACOs Participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program that establishes a safe harbor for certain ACOs and mandatory federal antitrust enforcement agency review for certain other ACOs.
