In the July 10, 2015, Federal Register, FDA announced
a one-year extension of the compliance date for the final rule on
Menu Labeling, which requires disclosure of certain nutrition
information for standard menu items in certain restaurants and
retail food establishments. Final rule is effective December 1,
2015.
