  • Represented an insurance company as administrative agent and lender in originating a $147.2 million loan secured by a Class A, to-be-constructed industrial warehouse distribution facility.
  • Represented the lender in the $97 million advance under a revolving credit facility in the amount of up to $250 million to finance the acquisition of a multifamily property located in Broomfield, Colorado and the $25 million expansion of the facility.
  • Represented a national lender in a $79.3 million balance sheet loan to finance 32 industrial/outdoor storage properties in 16 states.
