Major v. Maguire: The Supreme Court Elucidates Case Management Procedures for Grandparent Visitation Matters

Although the New Jersey Supreme Court previously addressed the legal standard that grandparents seeking visitation with their grandchild(ren) must establish to prevail in their claims, there has been much confusion over the procedures to be followed beyond the pleading stages of such a case.
