In a bylined article for Professional Safety, Louisville partner Todd Logsdon explains the differences between a testifying expert and consulting expert, and how the rules vary depending on the type. Logsdon concludes his article by saying, “Education, training and experience may qualify a safety professional to serve as an expert witness, but knowing the rules can improve one’s effectiveness.”
