The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has announced updates for processing permanent labor certification (PERM) applications.
What are the Changes?
PERM processing times were slightly longer in February 2021 compared to the previous month, which had average processing times of 207 days for adjudication and 339 days for audit review. By the end of February, average PERM processing times were 219 days for adjudication and 341 days for audit review.
