On May 27, 2016, the CFTC granted full registered status to three swap execution facilities ("SEFs") including: (i) GTX SEF, LLC of Bedminster, N.J., (ii) TeraExchange, LLC of Summit, N.J., and (iii) FTSEF LLC of Great Neck, N.Y. Each SEF previously operated under temporary registration status.

A total of 21 SEFs are now registered fully with the CFTC.
