On 23 March 2016, BIS published guidance on the register for PSCs of companies, SEs and LLPs. The guidance focuses on the obligations of persons who may be PSCs and registrable Relevant Legal Entities. However, it is substantially similar to the guidance for companies, SEs and LLPs.
