Evan Z. Lazar, Co-Chairman of the Global Real Estate Group, and Pawel Debowski, Chairman of the European Real Estate Group, were interviewed by PropertyEU, a top European real estate trade publication, and answered a series of questions relating to the current state of the property market.
Pawel and Evan commented on current trends and observations, including the growing number of mega, high-valued transactions taking place across borders as well as new market entrants and sources of capital inflows. Vanishing divisions between Western Europe and CEE in large portfolio projects is another feature of this year's investment market. They also offer their view on the regional outlook for 2016.
