The DIFC Registrar of Companies are requiring all missing/expired details of individual/body corporate stakeholders on the DIFC client portal to be updated.

The DIFC Registrar of Companies are requiring all missing/expired details of individual/body corporate stakeholders on the DIFC client portal to be updated. This is in accordance with DIFC legislation and the guidelines set by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

All available information on the DIFC client portal must be completed and up-to-date by Thursday 1 October 2020, access the portal here. DIFC entities with missing or expired details will not be allowed to submit the confirmation statement when they renew their commercial license.

This notification only applies to entities that are incorporated in DIFC. Clients whose requisite details are up to date and accurate may ignore this email.
