O'Sullivan Davies Family Lawyers is proud to announce three promotions, two new recruits and the firm's coming of age.

2 July 2021 is the 21st birthday of O'Sullivan Davies Family Lawyers, a first-tier family law firm founded by Andrew Davies and Trevor O'Sullivan.

Partner Andrew Davies said over the past 21 years, O'Sullivan Davies has grown from small beginnings to a large specialist team of 33 staff.

"I'm proud of the work we produce, and of our team of first-rate partners and solicitors, who are highly experienced and respected in the field," Mr Davies said.

"I feel proud about what we've built, but also of all the things we've achieved, not just for the firm, but for the profession and the thousands of families we've assisted along the way."

O'Sullivan Davies Family Lawyers has been regularly awarded and recognised by the legal profession's independent review organisation, Doyle's Guide, naming Mr Davies the highest ranked family lawyer in Perth in its national rankings, and for the ninth consecutive year, naming the firm as a First Tier Firm for Western Australian Family Law rankings in 2021.

Further, six O'Sullivan Davies lawyers, Trevor O'Sullivan, Andrew Davies, James Claringbold, Nicola Watts, Nicola Jansen and Ryan van der Merwe, were individually named across five rankings for excellence in Family Law in Western Australian with individual honours in the areas of high value/complex matters, parenting matters and mediation in the Doyle's Guide.

Rewards for good work is just one of the reasons why staff enjoy working at O'Sullivan Davies Family Lawyers.

Victor Tham and Eliza Fitzgerald who joined the firm in April 2019 and May 2019 respectively, have both been promoted from Solicitor to Associate.

Courtney Seragusana who started in 2014 as an outside clerk, has had many promotions over the past seven years, her latest being from Junior Paralegal in December 2019 to Paralegal.

O'Sullivan Davies Family Lawyers' HR Partner, Nicola Watts, says the firm is thrilled to promote staff.

"Victor, Eliza and Courtney have each grown and developed and continue to contribute to the firm and its clients in a positive way, their promotions are a testament to all of their hard work" Ms Watts .

O'Sullivan Davies Family Lawyers welcomes two new Junior Lawyers to the firm.
