Founded in 1999, Shilling is an employee benefits communications consultant that provides various related services for multinational clients. They specialise in working with clients across the pensions and benefits industry with a focus on pension plan managers and trustees to pension plan members. Shilling is now part of Arthur J. Gallagher's Employee Benefits division which employs in excess of 230 staff across the UK, operating from 16 regional offices.
Smith & Williamson acted as corporate finance, accounting and tax advisers to the shareholders of Shilling.
