- Statutory Demands: 5 pitfalls and traps that creditors need to be aware of. Jacob will provide an insight into the statutory demand regime from a creditor's perspective. He will examine some of the common pitfalls and traps of issuing statutory demands and some of the issues creditors need to be aware of.
